We didn’t start as a massive operation. We’re a small team of photographers who fell in love with exploring Czech trails.
Miamisaab began in 2018 because we noticed something missing — photographers visiting Czech Republic had great maps and tourism guides, but nobody was actually documenting the best viewpoints for photography specifically. No guidance on timing, light conditions, or technical approaches.
So we started walking. We’ve spent years exploring trails in Bohemia, testing locations at different times of day, and documenting what actually works for photography. We’ve hiked to remote viewpoints at 4 AM to catch golden hour. We’ve returned to the same spots across seasons to understand how light changes. We’ve learned which trails get crowded and which stay peaceful for landscape work.
That hands-on knowledge became our foundation. We’re not writing about photography theory in Czech Republic — we’re writing from experience actually being there, camera in hand, dealing with real conditions and real challenges.
